A) Reservation and Before Accommodation

- Please ensure you enter the correct number of guests during the reservation process. If you make a reservation with an incomplete number of guests, additional fees will apply. Incorrectly over-entered guest numbers must be corrected in advance. No refunds will be given on the day of check-in.
- Our hotel serves families and couples as accommodation. Single females and males can stay. Male groups are not allowed to stay.
- Pets are not allowed in our facility.
- Smoking is not allowed in the rooms and indoor areas of our hotel. (Includes electronic cigarettes, hookahs, etc.)
- We provide private transfer services for our guests from the airport and other points. You can call or send an e-mail for reservations and pricing.
- Room types have different features. You can find detailed information in the rooms section. A specific room number is not guaranteed prior to check-in.
- After booking, a confirmation form containing information about accommodation is sent to our guests.
- Our guests staying in the Apart section (Garden Apart, Penthouse 1, Penthouse 2 and Extra Rooms) can use the hotel pool free of charge. They have to pay extra for Breakfast, Dinner, Beach and Housekeeping services. You can contact the reception for payment, fees and reservation.
B) During the stay
- The reception is open 24/7 during the summer season.
- Check-in start at 14:00, last check-out time is 11:00
- Housekeeping service is provided to the only hotel rooms on a daily basis. Housekeeping hours 09:00-16:00.
- Housekeeping service is charged extra for guests staying in Penthouse 1, Penthouse 2 and Garden Apart and the reception must be informed to receive the service.
- Electricity consumption in the apartment unit is charged separately during the winter season. Please contact us for information on the current tariff.
- Breakfast on the day of arrival is not included in the reservations made. Guests who wish to attend breakfast on the day of check-in should contact the hotel in advance for availability and pricing.
- Minibars in hotel rooms are for serving hotel products to our guests. It does not serve as a refrigerator. Products that are not in the minibar or whose packaging has been opened will be added to your room bill. Please do not relocate products you do not use and do not request removal of products.
- The towels in the rooms are for bathroom use. Please do not use white towels at the pool and beach. This is not suitable as it may pose a health risk in terms of hygiene. You can ask for towels from the pool bar to use at the hotel pool. You can also contact the reception if you want to buy towels.
- We kindly ask you to be careful about bed linen, towels, sheets and room equipment during your stay. Unfortunately, everything that becomes unusable serves nothing but waste for our world. We do not want to disturb our guests in such situations, but unfortunately we have to charge a fee in cases that cannot be recycled and we leave waste to our world. We have to ask for extra sensitivity from you for this situation.
- During the guest’s stay, hotel staff may knock on the room door for requests such as cleaning, repairs, leaving washed laundry, leaving a note, or meeting guest requests, and if the guest is not in the room, the necessary procedures can be carried out.
- Gym work time is 08:00-21:00
- In the accommodation options including breakfast and dinner, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are charged extra.
- Due to environmental factors, not all amenities and facilities at the hotel may be available during the winter season. Please contact the hotel directly via email or WhatsApp for detailed information.
Breakfast and dinner services can be served as a la carte, open buffet or fixed menu depending on the number of guests.

Unfortunately, we do not have a car park belonging to our facility. You can use the hotel surroundings for the car park.
